Do you offer free shipping?

  • We offer Free shipping to all United Kingdom orders when you spend over £100+
  • United Kingdom
£4.95 on orders below £100. Standard tracked delivery to all UK mainland customers including Northern Ireland.

Delivery time: approx. 3-5 working days. Friday orders after 12pm will be processed on Monday.

Express delivery is available at the rate of £10 across UK Mainland. Delivery time: approx. 1-2 working days. Sunday orders will be processed on Monday.

  • Europe & outside of EU countries

Due to the current trade restriction in place, we're sorry that we at the moment cannot accomodate orders outside of UK but we'll notify you, hopefully soon, as soon as we can. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us at should you have any questions or concerns about your order delivery.

What are the shipping destinations?

We believe to take everything one step at a time, so at the moment we ship within the UK. However, we are working very hard to open up more countries and we hope that we can see you with our fabulous pieces in the near future!



Can I change/cancel my order once placed?
Please contact us at should you wish to change/ cancel your order. We'll process on case by case basis. 

Can I request an exchange/ return for my order?

Due to the hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or perform exchanges for earrings & sale items but we do accept returns or exchange for other items within 21 days after purchase upon the presentation of valid order confirmation email & returned item(s). Please write us at, our team can advise you of next steps and get this sorted.

Only regular priced items maybe refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in good & resellable condition. It must also be returned in original packaging.

In the unlikely event the jewellery is faulty, we have a generous 3 month policy for finding any faults, after that timeframe, it's considered wear and tear. Please email details and photos within 3 months to with your order number. 

If you wish to perform any exchange/ refund, please write us at and customer will have to pay the shipping fee (£4.95) to exchange or refund any item. We accept return shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 5-10 working days to process your refund after receiving your return. 

For international return, please ensure that you send your return back via a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for any missing untracked parcels. You will be responsible for any taxes & duties incurred. 

What do I do if I received a faulty item?
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your jewellery.
